Vincent P. Rascon, DPM, MBA, FACFAS, FABPOPPM

Dr. Rascon was born and raised in Northern California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in physiology from San Francisco State University in 1986 and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from The California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1990. After graduation, Dr. Rascon completed a two year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at CCPM/Sun City. Dr. Rascon’s residency included rotations at Pacific Coast Hospital, San Francisco General Hospital, Highland Hospital, Napa State Hospital, MCRD, Yountville Veterans Hospital, UCSF, San Francisco Veterans Hospital, Stanford University Medical Center and Sun City Out-Patient Surgery Center .
Dr. Rascon was trained in endoscopic and arthroscopic techniques of the foot and ankle by Dr. Stephen L. Barrett.
In 1998 he relocated to Midland, Texas. In 2005 he received his Master of Business Administration in Health Management from Texas Tech University.
Dr. Rascon is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is also board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Texas Podiatric Medical Association.

Dr. Rascon is a past Kiwanis Club president and member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Rascon is married with two young daughters. Away from the office, he devotes much of his time to family. He is also an avid fan of most sports, especially the San Francisco 49ers. He enjoys travel, boating and working out.
Dr. Rascon is involved in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis and supports the team Remarkable Feets each year
at the MS Walk.
